Over the past 15 years my work has taken me in many directions, usually revolving around

people and their development. Having worked in various training, development, and mentoring

roles it felt like a natural progression to move into Life Coaching.

I feel passionate about my work and aim to give my clients the highest level of service and

excellent value for money. I firmly believe in compassion, empathy, understanding and non-

judgemental communication. Everyone deserves an equal opportunity in life along with a

healthy dollop of support!

When I’m not coaching, my spare time is spent writing music, looking after my home, and

entertaining friends. I also work as a distance learning tutor for the Institute Of Life Coaching,

and contribute, occasionally, to the Joanne Good show on BBC London 94.9 FM.
